Within twenty-four (24) hours of the time you make your reservation, if you find a lower price for the same flight itinerary provided and available for booking on the website of a major online travel agency competitor, we will compete with that lower price by going back the difference, or you can cancel your booking with us and receive a complete refund.
To activate the PMP, All you have to do is send us an email at support@airowayy.com with your airowayy booking number and any pertinent details about the cheaper itinerary (airline, flight, itinerary, date, number of passengers, and seat type). You ought to include any supporting documentation, like photographs or the exact URL, so that our customer support agents may verify that the itinerary meets the PMP's requirements. We retain the right to reject any claims that cannot be correctly verified or for which you have given insufficient information; customer service must be able to determine the reduced fare using the information you provide.
The PMP does not apply to fares offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates, group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, or consolidator fares. Military, student, government, travel operator, bulk, vacation package, and "Web Only" fares are all excluded. The PMP does not apply to "opaque" tickets (those in which the airline booking details are unknown until after purchase) or tickets issued using the "bidding" or "auction" methodology. Fare mistakes are also omitted. After our representative verifies that the PMP is applicable, you will be given the option to either cancel your reservation with us and get a full reimbursement or keep your itinerary and get a refund for the variation in the overall cost.
